No Support For Family Guy

Despite early approval from Microsoft about a Family Guy special involving Windows 7, Microsoft has confirmed that they’ve dropped their support for the episode.  The reason being that, “…after reviewing an early version of the variety show, it became clear that the content was not a fit with the Windows brand”.  I’m sure avid viewers will understand. But as they say, the show must go on, and so will this: it’s being aired in the US on November 8^th. Although it won’t be released in the UK for a few months, our friends across the border will fill us in on what happens.
