Internet Explorer 9 platform preview 3

Microsoft released Internet Explorer 9 platform preview 3 today, marking the third and possibly final release prior to the beta phase.

Looking forward to doing some testing with this early next week. Hopefully when the beta and final is released we can alter our development to include Internet Explorer in the early stages as it becomes more standards compliant.
